How fast can a seat be provisioned?
A new seat goes live in 15–30 minutes once the baseline image is built. First deployments typically take 3–5 business days end-to-end (spec → image → security → user onboarding).
Is my IP really not shared with anyone else?
Correct. Each seat gets a dedicated IPv4. Never multi-tenant. When you leave, the IP goes into quarantine for 90 days before reassignment — and even then, never to a customer in the same use case.
Do you keep logs of what I do on the seat?
Operational health only — CPU, memory, disk, uptime. No traffic inspection, no content logs, no screenshots, no command history. We monitor the infrastructure, not you.
How do I pay without leaving a trail?
USDT (TRC20 — lowest fees) or BTC, paid to a fresh wallet generated per invoice. No bank, no card, no name. For customers who want a paper trail, USD wire from our Singapore entity is available.
My current IP just got flagged. How fast can you swap it?
60 minutes from the moment you message the engineer, any hour. Operator and Vault tiers include rotation credits; other tiers are billed at a flat fee per rotation. The new IP comes pre-warmed (existing residential traffic for ~72h before assignment).
What does the setup fee cover?
The base $499 per deployment covers: baseline image build, security hardening, MFA / SSO configuration, monitoring setup, and first-login documentation. Each additional seat in the same deployment is +$50 (incremental provisioning only).
